LAN connection dropped, not able to re-establish

Error description:

We have observed, that when a LAN TCP/IP connection is established between a Neets control system and a 3rd party LAN device and the connection is for some reason dropped, then it is not able to detect this drop and re-establish the connection. Examples of dropping the connection could be an unplugged cable or loosing power on a network switch etc. 

If the 3rd party device or the Neets control system closes the connection instead, then the connection is re-established correctly.  

Affected products:

We have seen this happen on SieRRa II, TanGo, LiMa and AlFa II running firmware 3.27.1, but other control systems, might be affected as well.  


Restart Neets control system
