If the Neets knowledge base did not answer your questions, there are other options, listed below:

Basically there are two ways of receiving physical support for Neets products and support and they are phone or email!

A general rule for receiving the best possible support, if you are working on a project, is to include the Neets Project Designer project file in the first mail you send to us.

The world:

If you are a local integrator in one of the 40+ countries, where we are present, please contact your local distributor to receive support in your local language. You can find the distributor from our interactive map right here: https://www.neets.dk/about-us/worldwide-distributors/

It is important for us that you contact the local distributors and never go directly to Neets. They all have a very talented crew trained to support the Neets product portfolio and software.

Denmark

If you are a Danish customer (integrator), you are allowed to contact us directly on support@neets.dk or +45 75666099 (press 1 for support)

Support hours: Monday to Friday from 08.00 to 16.00. 

USA

If you are located in the US, you can also get direct support from our Danish office.

Countries without a distributor
