Basically there are two ways of receiving physical support for Neets products and support and they are phone or email!

A general rule for receiving the best possible support, if you are working on a project, is to include the Neets Project Designer project file in the first mail you send to us.

If you are a local integrator in one of the 40+ countries, where we are present, please contact your local distributor to receive support in your local language. You can find the distributor from our interactive map right here:

It is important for us that you contact the local distributors and never go directly to Neets. They all have a very talented crew trained to support the Neets product portfolio and software.
