All your questions, help for troubleshooting and repairs have to go through your Neets distributor.
To make sure you gain as much advantage as you can from your Neets products from day one, we encourage you to read the manuals and FAQs available for each product. You can also take a look at our videos before you start configuring the products.
In order to receive the best possible support we will often ask to get access to your PC and therefore we need you to download a piece of software called TeamViewer. When in contact with us, just press the TeamViewer link and this enables us to gain access to your computer and when you pass us the partner ID and password, we can see what you see.
