If you experience that, your the Neets Touch screen stops responding and the only solution to get it to work, is to cycle power, you should do as follows:
- Upgrade the firmware of the Touch Panel to version 1.4.3 or later, here we have improved stability. You'll find the latest firmware and the guide on how to upgrade here.
The current firmware version of your Touch Panel is found under: Settings->Application settings->Neets Remote.
If the above solution does not work, then try this:
- Cycle power and verify that the problem occurred at least two times.
- Contact your local dealer/ distributor and ask for a replacement.
